Fees

Fees are $150.00 per hour
Advocacy fees can be by the hour or for larger cases require a deposit (any amount of the deposit not used will be refunded)
(Sliding scale based on income available)

Most private insurances are accepted but can not be guaranteed. It is recommended, if you plan to use your insurance, to call your insurance company prior to your first visit to verify the visit will be covered by your plan. Co-pays and deductibles are the responsibility of the patient and are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
